Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of meraveld.com and purchases submitted through the Meraveld™ online store.
Store Operator & Acceptance
Meraveld™ and meraveld.com are operated by Beijing Jiguangnian Network Technology Co., Ltd. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location, to place an order. Use the store only with accurate information and lawful payment authorization.
Customer Accounts
If you create an account, keep your information accurate and your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, prices and availability accurately. Colors can vary by lighting and screen settings, and measurements may vary slightly. Read product instructions and suitability information before use, especially for products intended for babies or children.
Order Submission & Acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including payment failure, verification issues, obvious pricing or listing errors, legal or delivery restrictions, suspected misuse or inability to fulfill it. Any captured payment for an unfulfilled canceled order will be refunded as appropriate.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly indicated. Checkout displays applicable discounts, shipping, taxes and the final total before payment. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. See Payment & Security for further details.
Processing & Shipping
Processing is normally 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard carrier transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch, without a guaranteed arrival date. See Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection; provider posting time may vary. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.
Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description. Include the order number and relevant evidence. For a confirmed issue attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Offers may be subject to expiration, stock, eligibility, exclusions, minimum spend and usage limits. Check that an intended discount appears at checkout before paying. We may correct obvious promotional errors as permitted by law.
Product Use & Safety
Follow all product instructions, warnings and age guidance. Adult supervision is important for products used around babies and children. Stop using an item that is damaged or unsuitable, and contact us about a product concern.
Bulk Purchases & Resale
We may limit quantities or decline orders reasonably believed to be for unauthorized resale or misuse, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The store’s branding, text, graphics and other content are owned by us or their licensors and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Reviews & Customer Content
If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and appropriate. You grant us permission to display and use content you submit in connection with operating the store, subject to applicable rights and privacy rules.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with site security, automated scraping that harms the service or infringement of others’ rights.
Third-Party Services & Links
Checkout, payment, shipping and external links may involve third parties with their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
Delivery or performance may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, emergencies, governmental action or network outages. We will address affected orders reasonably and in line with applicable law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to applicable descriptions and warranties. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable Law & Disputes
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern disputes. Contact us first at service@meraveld.com so we can review your concern. These terms do not remove rights under mandatory local law.
Severability & No Waiver
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective where permitted. A failure to enforce a term once does not waive future enforcement.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The version applicable to an order is subject to applicable law and the terms in effect when the order was placed.
